Soy sauce so was not used much until the mid-Edo period, I eat do not bid this soy sauce sushi.
Rice is bigger at the time, I was considered such a craftsman to be eaten quickly. Sushi of stalls was common. Sushi began to set up shop when it comes to the late Edo period.
