ビーフストロガノフと卵サラダ

今夜はこれ　ビーフストロガノフと卵サラダ


玉ねぎは２個。半個分を薄切り。あとは櫛形。

フライパンにサラダ油を熱し、薄切りのほうの玉ねぎを入れ砂糖を少しかけます。
これを玉ねぎがいい色になるまで炒めてとりだします。


フライパンにサラダ油をまた入れ、熱します。
そこに牛肉を入れて炒めます。大体色が変わったらくし形のほうの玉ねぎを入れて炒めます。
しんなりしたた水を加えて、煮立ったら灰汁取り。
デミソースを入れて最初の玉ねぎを戻し入れ煮込みます。
仕上げにはケチャップ、ウスターソース、塩コショウで味を調えたら出来上がり。
器に入れクリームをかけます。


サラダは、卵を茹でて、じゃがいもを１．５センチくらいに切って茹でて柔らかくします。
きゅうりも１センチくらいに切って茹で卵を添えて何かドレッシングでいただきます。

鎌倉橋の銃弾跡

1944年　日本本土市街地への空襲が始まる

鎌倉橋欄干には、1944年11月の米軍によろ爆撃と機銃掃射の際に受けた銃弾の跡が大小30個ほどあり、戦争の恐ろしさを今に伝えている。

The Kamakura bridge stone handrail bears about 30 bullets impacts of various sizes,which it received from machine-guns used during the night air-raids of the American 

army on Japan's mainland cities in Novenber 1944. These traces convey us until now testimony of this dreadful time.

日本歯科大学発祥の地The land of Nippon Dental University originated

日本歯科大学発祥の地

大手町交差点にこの碑があります。

中原市五郎は、この地に、明治４０年６月（1907）、公立市立歯科医学校指定規則の我が国最初の歯科医学校として、私立共立歯科医学校を創立した。わが国の歯科医療は黎明期にあり、「学・技両善にして人格高尚なる歯科医師の養成」を建学の目的とした。国民の生命と健康を守るため、歯・顎・口腔の医学を教導し、数多くのすぐれた歯科医師を輩出し、歯科医療の発展と患者の福祉に尽力した。明治４２年に現在の千代田区富士見１丁目に移転し、日本歯科医学専門学校を経て昭和２０年に日本歯科大学に昇格した。日本歯科大学は、私学として「自主独立」という建学の精神を継承し、生命歯学部と新潟生命歯学部の２学部をはじめ、大学院２、附属短期大学２、博物館１を有する世界最大の歯科大学となった。
